Lehman House

Once the home of Lehman Brothers Philip Lehman, the historical building was erected in 1899 by architect John H. Duncan. JAG Engineering provided consultation and historic structural design for a complete historic renovation in 2010. The majority of the original detailing was preserved and reinforced back to a stable condition.
